Q. Does the ePlanet technology support an automated voice capture process?

While 1-800 phone-in dictation remains the most common and streamlined method of voice capture, ePlanet's other methods of voice capture are also designed for automation and simplicity for the end user. For example, ePlanet provides software that securely and reliably transfers voice files from a variety of portable, wireless devices to ePlanet's ASP, while making a backup of the files for the client, and subsequently removing the source files from the device to avoid duplication of processing.
