Customer Support Executive - Domestic

Karachi

A 360° Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound interactions through different mediums which include but are not limited to:

  1. Calls (Inbound and Outbound)
  2. Client Website Chat Requests
  3. Social Media Chat Requests
  4. Social Media activities like page/post comments, visitor’s posts etc.
  5. Inbound WhatsApp interactions

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Making Outbound Calls to customer/clients
  2. Answering Inbound Calls for one or more than one clients
  3. Responding to live chats
  4. Entertaining Whatsapp interactions
  5. Email correspondence with customers/clients
  6. Vigilantly monitor and respond to social media posts

 

Required Skills:

  1. Able to fluently communicate in Urdu
  2. Able to communicate vocally in English, but must be fluent in written English communication
  3. Must be able to swiftly adapt to change
  4. Must be able to work calmly under pressure and stress
  5. Must have a problem-solving approach and must be a team-player

 

Preferred Qualification:

  1. A minimum High School graduate
  2. A prior experience of handling local clients will be an advantage
  3. Sound system usage and familiar with recent social media trends
