A 360° Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound interactions through different mediums which include but are not limited to:
- Calls (Inbound and Outbound)
- Client Website Chat Requests
- Social Media Chat Requests
- Social Media activities like page/post comments, visitor’s posts etc.
- Inbound WhatsApp interactions
Core Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound Calls to customer/clients
- Answering Inbound Calls for one or more than one clients
- Responding to live chats
- Entertaining Whatsapp interactions
- Email correspondence with customers/clients
- Vigilantly monitor and respond to social media posts
Required Skills:
- Able to fluently communicate in Urdu
- Able to communicate vocally in English, but must be fluent in written English communication
- Must be able to swiftly adapt to change
- Must be able to work calmly under pressure and stress
- Must have a problem-solving approach and must be a team-player
Preferred Qualification:
- A minimum High School graduate
- A prior experience of handling local clients will be an advantage
- Sound system usage and familiar with recent social media trends
