Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and follow-up calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and to retain them.
- Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.
- To ensure that the customers details and other relevant data is completely entered into the system correctly.
- Analyze and solve problems accordingly.
- Handle in-bound inquiries via phone, email and live chats.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Customer handling skills.
- Punctual and confident.
- Must be available to work in all shifts (Evening & Night)
- Prior call centre experience is a plus point
