The IT Infrastructure Intern will be able to learn:
- Resolving of support requests and continuous service delivery demands.
- Performs Windows Administrative tasks
- New user account creation.
- User account termination task.
- Provides technical support and solves the basic routine user hardware and software problems or questions including desktop computer hardware and software and enterprise system software.
- Monitor Help Desk tickets and process requests based on priority and escalate as necessary
- BS/BCS/BE/BSIT in Computer Science or Software Engineering
